Dormi, Jesu is a musical adaptation by English composer John Rutter of "The Virgin's Cradle Hymn" - a short German lullaby text discovered in1817. The gentle rocking motion of the music and soothing but uplifting chord progressions truly capture the gentle reverence of Christmas.
